You are responsible for informing us when there is a change of facility. If we are not notified before we ship your order and the facility returns that order to us , an additional shipping fee is required. We accept all major credit cards, money orders , and facility checks. You may order by mail , phone , or online . Our business hours are from 9 am – 3 pm est. Our website is available 24 hrs a day 7 days a week including holidays. Hand written order forms are accepted, PLEASE PRINT CLEARLY. If you order shows it’s been delivered to the facility or address provided you will need to contact the facility for more information. We are only responsible for delivery to the facility address .
